一、工業(yè)機器人的使用和設備開關(guān)機操作規(guī)范

1.機器人周圍區(qū)域:必須保持清潔,無油、水及其他雜質(zhì)。裝卸工件前,應先將機械手移動到位置,并嚴禁在裝卸工件過程中操作機器。

2.操作盤與手套:操作示教盤和操作盤時,不應帶著手套。如需手動控制機器人,應確保機器人動作范圍內(nèi)沒有任何人員或障礙物,并將速度由慢到快逐漸調(diào)整,以避免因速度突變造成傷害或損失。
